Mediation/Arbitration

Mediation/Arbitration is designed to help you resolve a dispute in a fair, efficient way before emotions and feelings become too strained. Mediation is the process of having two parties agree to a resolution. Arbitration is the process of having a third party decide a resolution.

For over thirty years and, more directly, over the past twelve years when I was a Vermont Superior Judge I listened to both sides in a dispute and helped them settle their argument in a thoughtful, fair manner.
